The Snow Foundation has come onboard as a funding partner for Rentwell. Thanks to the Snow Foundation’s incredible generosity, YWCA Canberra will continue to grow the service over the next three years.

This philanthropic funding means we can now waive the set-up fees (saving owners $300) and reduce our management fee down to 6.6 per cent of the affordable rent payable. Combined with a land tax exemption and receiving a tax-deductible gift receipt for foregone rent, Rentwell is becoming more and more attractive as a property management service. And it has the additional benefit of knowing you’re helping a local Canberran on a modest income to have safe, affordable housing.
