The people we house through Rentwell come from a range of cultural backgrounds and social and economic circumstances. While we have a focus on older women, we also house younger women and women with one or more children. We may also house men and couples, however they are not our priority cohort.
All Rentwell tenants have low to moderate incomes, are experiencing housing stress in the mainstream market and are not eligible for other forms of housing support. Most tenants will seek security of tenure for at least 12 months.
